Mods, can we please have Beems name changed to "Lazy Urban Candy Ass" or "LUCA" for short?
End of that song though. Too mean.

Some of those statements are pretty hard to verify, but seems right. So which reg by the commie Marxists drove them out of business? Or maybe death by a thousand cuts.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, K-State fans could have beheaded the entire KU team at midcourt, and K-State fans would be celebrating it this morning.  They are the ISIS of Big 12 fanbases.

He looks angry to me, but I'm not good at reading eagle faces. Maybe just fierce. What's he thinking about?

He is excited about the opening of the arctic to drilling, but angry because we are letting a mexican company conduct the exploration.

In terms of domestic policy, I'd say the "war on poverty" has been far more expensive, and far less effective, than the "war on drugs."

Instead of a war on poverty, we got a war on drugs so the police can bother me.

Huh. Well, by most accounts (based on a 15 second google search) we've spent about $1 trillion on the war on drugs since it was "declared" in 1971. Not sure how that's calculated, but I won't question the number since it comes from the pro-druggies.

By contrast, the war on poverty has cost at least $15 trillion since it began in 1964 - and maybe as much as $40 trillion depending upon your source.

So we've spent more money on the war on poverty than the war on drugs, per year, by at least ten-fold. Or, a crap ton.

Can't really say how effective the war on drugs has been, but I know the war on poverty has been an abysmal failure. So even if they're both failures, the war on poverty has been a much more expensive failure. Again, by at least one crap ton.

It was about worst policy not most expensive. I'd say the war on drugs works against the war on poverty.

Guys, please put these thoughts and feelings into simplified and generally abrasive/insulting/ignorant memes or STFU.
