I just want people to be able to move to the US and get a job. :dunno:

Me too, but legally and in a controlled manner that doesn't harm American workers/wages. One similarity just two differences!
I've said it before and I'll say it again, K-State fans could have beheaded the entire KU team at midcourt, and K-State fans would be celebrating it this morning.  They are the ISIS of Big 12 fanbases.

What do you want the requirements to be to come here legally?

I can't give you specific numbers - only that the government should have specific numbers for skilled and unskilled immigrants. Which is exactly how our visa system is supposed to work if we actually enforced our immigration laws. The government then decides "Ok, how many computer programmers do we actually need to import without boning over the programmers we've got?" etc.

I prefer the free market approach of letting anyone come that can find and maintain a job.

Drugs are illegal. The government would be contributing to their delinquency.

Agreed. Their should be strict limits on what can and can't be purchased with welfare money. It would get people working again because it should suck to be on welfare.

It already sucks to be on welfare, but it could definitely stand to suck some more.

Yes, it's the new unlimited unemployment benefit and the only reason the unemployment rate has gone down.

No if you show up to have a baby you can't be turned away. Even with no prenatals. So the hospital has to run a crap ton of expensive tests to make sure they don't get sued for malpractice and the doctor has to write a lot of it off because they know they will never see the money because of lack of insurance. Same goes for the er.

I'd love for hospitals to be able to turn people away especially in the baby having instance. Can't afford prenatal care? Good luck with your home birth.

Strange stance.  It's ok if your baby dies because you're poor.
