Yeah there's some bias there with Rock but conservatives would definitely be licking Obamas nutz if he had an R after his name. Stock market is great, patriot act extended, Goldman Sachs Treasurey, more Muslim bombing. Heck he even went the pro-corporate route on health insurance .
Why do you guys hate him so much?
Not a hijack this thread, but I don't think conservatives would be very happy about Republican President Obama granting amnesty by executive order, blocking Keystone and most oil drilling permits on federal land, not pressing for a budget and nearly doubling the national debt, attempting to close Gitmo by releasing terrorists, transferring them to state sponsors of terrorism, or swapping a bunch of them for one deserter, not pressing for hardline sanctions against Iran's nuclear ambitions, failing to secure a status of forces agreement in Iraq, passing RepublicanObamaCare, labor force participation rate continuing to drop, no efforts to curb welfare or ss disability fraud....
On the plus side, stocks are roaring and oil prices are cratering (which helps us and hurts our enemies) - thanks Republican President Obama! Overall, though, you're easily the shittiest and most destructive president in American history, so it kind of sucks that you're part of our team.
Do you really consider yourself on a team? Like in real life?
do you even have to ask? on a side note, i think a person could make a bunch of money coming up with a republican apparel line. like hoodies and hats and whatnot.
I'm just curious about his mental process and how he arrived where he is. Like I get having certain viewpoints but to go so hard in one direction seems so silly.
I was joking about the "team" part, making fun of the suggestion that conservatives would love Obama if he was a Republican. I'm a conservative, which means I vote for Republicans because they're the only electable alternative that's better than the Democrats, but I certainly don't consider myself part of the Republican "team," and I'm often very critical of them because I want them to be more fiscally conservative than many of them actually are.
