Cinnamon in chili served over spaghetti should be illegal everywhere, not just Kansas.

Man, I love when white people make this observation.

Also #6 on that list is the biggest load of crap on it, pretty similar to this tweet, actually.

I like these best when they make me laugh. That one did the trick.*

If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

YO WALMART! STOP ACCUSING PEOPLE OF THEFT! You are almost exclusively self-checkout now. The last time I was there the lady checking receipts at the exit was stopping everyone. I chose not to participate in that foolishness, so I just skipped the exit line and left. I heard her saying "Sir, Sir” as I kept walking. I simply raised my hand above my head and shook my receipt, as I kindly Ieft the store.
You can either trust me to do self-checkout, or you can put your cashiers back in place so they can resume the position. l'm not interested in the job, so if I fall short, oh well. I'm also not interested in proving that I did your job for you. You expect me to be a cashier with no training then that's your problem, not mine. Don’t audit me for a position you refuse to employ any longer.
Signed,
All of us

Target seems to get away fine without arbitrarily checking receipts.

oh god, one of the most enraged times of my life was leaving Costco after fully engorging a cart with over $600 in stuff and the receipt checker was like, "they didn't charge you for that coffee so you'll need to go back over there to the customer service and pay for it". NOT MY rough ridin' FAULT YOU FIGHT YOUR OWN WAY UPSTREAM AND DO THAT! and obviously I did it myself but man, what the heck!

I love self-checkout. Wouldn't go to a store that doesn't have it.

I always trigger "wait for assistance " at the grocery store because I remove items from the bagging area too soon.

You IT and engineer grads can we not weigh the entire cart at checkout rather than individual items in the bagging area?

That would still stop SD from stealing coffee, right?

You know if you wait 5 seconds for the light to change you can then remove the items? How would you weigh the whole cart unless you installed a scale big enough to weigh it, and then have the data to have a correct weight for all purchased items, including quantity and variable weight for vegetables, fruits etc?
