As of 3/3 ..... here are my projections

  1 seeds     2 seeds    3 seeds    4 seeds
___________________________________
Indiana       Gtown       Florida      Marq
Gonz           Miami       N Mex       OK St
KU              Mich          Kstate      Ohio st
Duke           Lville         Mich St     Ariz

If there was an S curve, I'd have us 11th overall right now. I think with 3 more wins it will be extremely hard to bump us down to a 4 seed.
A 2 seed is still a possibility.  I believe it would take 17 conf wins and even then no guarentee at a 2.

Marq is the strongest of the 4 seeds no doubt.  They are 12-4 in the B East and have a top 15 RPI and SOS.   But they do have 2 more losses than us right now.   Of the 4's right now, they are the only one that is close to being a 3 seed.

5 seeds = Cuse, UNLV, Wiscy, St Louis
6 seeds= Pitt, Ucla, Notre Dame, Memphis
7 seeds= Butler, Oregon, N Carolina, VCU
8 seeds = Col st, Cal, NC St, Illinois

Don't see Florida being a 3 seed. They'll be a 2 or a 1 imo.

Fla probably wont be a 3 when its all said and done.  Even now, i think it is very close between the 7-8-9 on my S curve (Mich Lville fla).

When i speak of the S-curve, i am just speaking of where i rank them.    I know they dont put the overall 8th best and 9th best team as a 2 and 3 seed in the same region.    Just simply meen Fla could easily be ranked 7th or 8th overall, thus a 2 seed not a 3.

Would be great, but Florida is way too much for the breads.  Too good on defense and we're too bad at defense.  The breads need a team they can get in a shoot out with.

Eh, not too excited about this but it is not awful for KU. Don't really want to see SLU in the Sweet 16, they are really good in my mind.

i wish so hard they would put 8-mizzou with 1-ku in sprint center. i would have tickets to that game and it would be so much fun.

DO NOT WANT.

nope, not once, not never

I mean, yea Indiana would kick our ass in the E8. I want Butler though

Minnesota would crush Butler imo.  They've got tall, athletic guards who can really pressure the opposition up top (which Butler struggles with) and they kill it on the glass.  Mbakwe is a man-beast.  Tubby got them back on track.  They are a load when they don't have their heads up their asses.  Pomeroy loves them.  Not so hot for K-State either, as Tubby has plenty of experience defending oscar's motion.

Also, would take for the Breads.  Memphis is a great matchup for them.  KU would also be fun. :excited:

Completely agree, Minnesota and Indiana are the 2 teams that would worry me in that bracket

Why do you think it's unlikely? I thought the committee liked "stories" or whatever. I have really LBBIQ. TIA

This is a dumb bracket and I will riot if it happens.

Duke would murder KU in the elite 8, by the way.
I think what my friend Mitch is trying to say is that true love is blind.

I think St. Louis would beat KU in the sweet 16.

I want a 2 seed so hard. Beat TCU, Beat OSU, Make it to the B12 Championship game. Is that enough? Do we need to win the B12T to get on the 2 line?
