Need to get the gE team to monitor all of the Tanners locations to get the scoop on the interview.

The Rover position in defense will need to be changed to "Chicken Lips".

Stoops started his on set postgame interview talking about the team & knight in the past tense and caught himself and stopped doing it.  I'm sure that doesn't mean a thing but it was pretty noticeable to me.
yep noticed it too, using words like "had a great staff" ect

Thanks for your service, Major. - USA TODAY Sports

Arranged marriages usually don't end well and this break up is best for all parties.

According to a source close to his family, Texas Offensive Coordinator Major Applewhite has accepted a one-year severance package and won't be returning to Texas next season. This shouldn't come as a surprise and since Greg Robinson was always a short term hire we now have both coordinator positions vacated.

It only makes the "Come to Texas for $8 mil / yr and hand pick your own staff" offer that much harder to refuse if we're swinging for the fences here.

So who is your dream HC / OC / DC trio?

Might as well start guessing because it's all going down in the next week.

Whoever correctly predicts all three positions shall be named Texas Football Insider of 2014 in a ceremony to be broadcasted on Longhorn Network, hosted by Mack Brown, first reported by Inside Texas.

Am I eligible for this prize because I give myself a 50/50 chance to get it right

He won a Big 12 title at Baylor.  He will have a good shot at a National Title next year, at Baylor.  Both of these things prove he is absolutely a great coach.

Sounds like the chances of OU and UT being open in the same season is pretty high. Stoops talking in past tense is pretty bizarre. At first I figured he was just talking that way in the sense that the season was over, and that this season's staff was great, etc. But the fact that he changed it like he made a mistake talking that way is pretty eye opening.

I think it's pretty meaningless. His comments right after the game to Holly Rowe weren't past tense.

I don't think Gundy would leave his alma mater for a conference rival.

I think he would, but only if OSU isn't willing to match whatever they offer.
