Last thing we need now is for a 73 year old coach to rebuild a staff.  Promoting/paying Dimel, Dickey, Hayes with better emphasis on recruiting and some needed position coach turnover is all that's needed.  If Bill hangs around, yeah, you couldn't blame some of those guys for entertaining better opportunities.
