Of course I really really really really want to get back into the NC picture. To be honest, I am more concerned with keeping our streak alive of finishing in the top 10 (I know I know, two years in a row is hardly a streak, but it's a start) in the hopes of being able to perennially start out ranked in the top 10 or there abouts thus increasing our chances of staying up there all year.

I took the Baylor loss just as hard as the rest of you, but we still have a DP and a Fiesta win within our grasp. Beat UT and the Fiesta opponent convincingly and we may be able to start out with a decent ranking next year. Rinse, wash, repeat.

We'll start off ranked in the 20's next year. Doesn't matter where we finish. A. They know we'll lose a crap load of starters/talent. B. We are K-State. Rinse, wash, repeat.

0% chance of this happening, probably won't even be ranked

Keep the chip on our shoulder
Luke's stock is rising as Winters continues to validate his greatness. Add Luke and Winters to my list! Also, EMAWBLAST! and Tobias!

Buddy in Vegas just took the Cats winning it all at 20:1. Odds seem a little too favorable.

Nope, no chance we'll be ranked pre-season next year.  The media will talk about how we can't replace Klein & Brown.  We'll be preseason 5th or 6th in the conference again.

Still confused as to why K-State fans are so interested in the result of FSU/Florida. Other than final rankings, it's basically meaningless.

KSU needed Georgia loss. Still needs Florida, Oregon, Alabama, & ND to lose too. I'm a realist. I'll watch Bedlam.

DJamer Wally, for your pleasure.

As I said a month ago there is no way OSU beats Oregon. Hence why they are getting whooped right now.

We are getting Duck mumped at the moment.

However, remember that Oregon has to play UCLA on a neutral field next week.

And it wouldn't be on a neutral field.   Pete has low LP12IQ

Oregon will whoop UCLA.

I would say its better that stanford wins. It would be hard for Oregon to make a case for the NC if they don't even with the pac-12 north. They aren't alabama.

Oregon losing to UCLA to put us in the mnc would be pretty damn ironic.
