Quick glance of the 9/22 schedule says one of the following games ends up as College Gameday:

#11 Clemson/#5 FSU
#17 Michigan/#20 Notre Dame
#15 Kansas State/#5 Oklahoma
#24 Arizona/#4 Oregon

My guess is that they'll go to Tallahassee, but if FSU trips up against Wake (like they normally do), my bet is that Gameday goes to Norman.
