i went back today promptly at 11:25, which is 5 minutes before they open. i was not leaving the west bottoms without their sausage and ribs on this saturday.
they were already open when i got there and had a small line which probably took about 10 minutes to get through. he doesn’t sell traditional burnt ends, he sells bacon burnt ends. i didn’t get any because I can’t have nitrates right now.
I grabbed a pound of jalapeño cheddar sausage, a pound of turkey, and a slab. it’s all so good. he cooks in a traditional texas style using salt/and a lot of pepper for his rub.
anyway. these are the best ribs in town. this is the best bbq in town.
