I was going to try and make my first Trim encounter but got drug into a late brunch.

Unless John Currie sent goons to drag you to.the brunch, you mumped up.

I'm getting Gates ribs in your honor for SB.

If something goes wrong with my flight, I'm coming over.

Ready to go just in case...got in before the rush, going to try and reheat them myself.  Backed up with some burnt ends just in case.

Just as the glow of a lightning bug is in summer, mocat the poster was short lived.

Woodyard is better than Smokin' Guns, but Wichita is the King of Brownbackistan BBQ.

JFC, this rough ridin' airport.

Townies want to save that POS airport.

You lump us with Brownbackistan I'm lumping SEA with Canada....which isn't that bad of a deal I guess.

I don't consider baby backs real BBQ. I think K chili's ruined them for me.

Follow up on gates ribs...not their strongsuit... Do not recommend. Good flavor but not very meaty.

they're still pretty green in the restaurant biz, SLAP's stands for Squeel Like a Pig, which is their competition name.

I work pretty close.  Plenty of Reyna's and San Antonio and El Pollo Rey and El Torrito and Slaps in my diet.

The next time you are in Reyna's, scope out the Churro situation.  I need a report.

i was really surprised how good it was.  their sides are kinda crap but who cares.  really spicy.  like the anti-strouds.  i like strouds sides but their chicken is meh.

drove right by it on my way to Joe's yesterday for lunch.  didn't realize it was opening day, might explain why we went straight to the front of the line at Joes around 12:30  :gocho:

i was over there around the same time and noticed joe's was dead but it wasn't b/c gus's.   there wasn't that many people at gus's either.  i think the 40 mph -300 wind chill had more to do with the lack of people waiting in line outside for meh bbq.
