Should be able to get to anywhere in kc by 1 at the latest. Flight's scheduled for 4:55 but I have to return a rental car so not sure how early I need to get there.

I still want good ribs.

I got a to-go thing of burnt ends after my dinner and snacked on them on the drive. They were better than the ribs but kind of hard to enjoy them while flying down the highway and eating them like they're chicken mcnuggets.

I don't do ribs often but I hear Joe's kc and Jack stack mentioned as top class. Joe's is closed Sundays and is super busy anymore.

Clams may have Jack stack feedback... I'd go to the downtown locale and eat at the bar.

My personal BBQ fave is gates but not sure about their ribs

Spare ribs only though, right? I know I suck at making spare compared to baby back, but I'm sure they're a lot better than me.

I suppose it's q39 or Woodward. Or I give up and my leave bbq needs to KC DEEZ's Seattle food truck when I get home.
