Ms. Wacky and I stopped our membership there. It was kind of a rip off. We didn't go enough. $34 a month, for them to send two bottles to your place, when we're a few blocks away is so dumb! Especially when you find these bottles for like $12 at the store.

OK but the food is good?  And also Left Hand for $5 is the cheapest I've seen it.

Don't they sell Pizza slices and that's it? I've never eaten there. I know you can bring in your own food.

Went to Blind Box BBQ in Shawnee a couple weeks ago. They talked up their bourbon, which flavors their beans and BBQ sauce. It looked a lot better than it tasted unfortunately. Sausage was the best meat that I had and the street corn was good. Might go back eventually.

The red beans and ham hock at Beignet might be my new favorite non-sit down meal in KC

:frown:  I liked EBT.  Thought it was weird that it was in a bank.  The American is overpriced and overrated.

confirmed. eat there ~once a month. also - the indian market next door is next level if you are into making your own indian food.

EBT was a department store on Walnut until the 70s when UMB demolished it to build a bank. They used parts of the department store in the downtown bank, and also in the 435 & state line bank & restaurant

yes, their clientele is too old to make regular eating out part of their fragile lives
