Grinders in Lenexa looks to be open soon.
 I love grinders. Like, A LOT! However, sometimes on the weekend, I choose another place based on TV's, so I can watch the game. I think TV's in grinders might take away the mystique, but it is a factor in my decision making. Hmm...

They were on DDD.
Yeah. I know. I was there before it was tho. So it doesn't count.  :peek: Also, i'm not saying I don't wanna check out places on DDD, i'm just saying I wish my brother would get out of his own way sometimes.  :dunno:

Maybe he just respects Guy Fieti more than you when it comes to KC 'rants.
I'm the lil bro. He thinks i'm a dumbass no matter what (which I am). However, last time he was here, he finally had okie joes. He was floored and told me he waited too long. I have to ship him the sauce now.

CASE CLOSED!

Yes. We did Ms. Wackys parents anniversary there. I'll be there this Sunday too for mothers day. It's good.

Good to hear, I was hoping he would turn it around. Was the menu like PF?

yeah i should have looked at it more, we had just a pre-determined three course thing.. chips/guac, chicken and salmon tacos, chicken tortilla soup, desserts.

i did glance at it though, it looks similar, just more condensed, fewer items. probably less geared toward foodies. ie the beef tongue tacos aren't on there which i really like at PF.

get a bottle of "scarpetta"  under "other sparkling"

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

Enjoy Antons guys.  Use the Pay-It-Forward chalkboard so my name will finally come off from 3 months ago.  Also the back is limited menu but a great spot to drink at night.  Food stops at 11pm.

Try not to get screwed on the check by Ms. W's brothers this time.

Tannins is still good. JP did have a better selection of wines but Barry is steadily increasing the offerings. The eye candy was much better as JP.  Stay out of my wine locker.

Fries are delicious.

had my first taco republic experience on friday. meh.

the worst part is that it was a friday. which as you all know is dollar taco day at bonito.

was pretty disgusted with myself, why on earth would anyone choose to pay 3 bucks for an inferior product when bonito is cranking out the most delicious taco's in the world for just a buck. i mean just move this to the shame yourself thread, tia.
