I'm sure. Your cap dome pic was of a building. Although state cap people may have something to do with funding football in some states, a cap building, in and of itself, has no such influence.

Didn't get the details of the dispute, but smelled like the grafters in Lawrentucky are fighting over whether they get free extension of utilities to the project.   That's nothing compared to what the Lawrentucky developers did in Junction City.

nothing is in jeopardy. this dude is just hacked about the city issuing the contract to the G.C.(who is paying for all this) already on site. same dude built the Oread hotel and the massive apartments (which are far nicer than memorial stadium btw) just north of the hotel. someone in larryville gets their panties in a wad every time this developer does anything. with the apartments it was the historical preservation folks.
