Maybe Frank can go teach math somewhere.  God knows nobody else is going to let his basketball circus come to town.

Yeah, I always thought Frank would be here a long time because:

A) He built himself a situation that is better than about two thirds of BCS jobs
B) He won't ever be considered for a job in the top third for a variety of reasons.

But I never considered him whoring himself out for a bottom third job and being mushed. So I guess I have more reasons he will never leave.

Honestly, I don't think a Big Ten school will hire Frank.  They are too image conscious.

The image of Knight's program was squeeky clean, he just had a massive ego and let it get out of control.

Bob Knight was also one of the most succesful coaches in NCAA before his act got out of hand.  If Frank wins a few NCs here and wins like 900 games, you really think we'd give a eff if he kicked his son or threw a ref out a window?

Pretty sure I saw Tom Izzo very clearly and explicitly yell "What the eff?" at an official on national TV last night.
Pretty sure I saw Badger Bo make outrageous faces up and down the court all night on national TV last night.
Pretty sure I saw Thad Ugly Matta look extraordinarily ugly up and down the court all night on national TV last night.

What kind of image are they too conscious of?  :dunno:

The Big Ten learned from the Knight/Sampson combo at Indiana, and they all hired some variation of Tubby Smith.

I wouldn't care if he did that now.

Frank is known for his anger.  Those other guys aren't.  They are probably just as angry, but Frank's reputation is that he's a different flavor of Bob Knight.

I could see oscar having a totally sweet BBQ at his new Manhattan place.  Everybody would be there boozing it up by his pool.  Nobody taking pictures/talking about the high profile recruits hanging around.

So what are our official Frank seasons?  We have:

-Franuary where he sucks ass all over the court
-Frankruary where he dominates on the court and we all party
-Frarch where he exactly meet expectations
-Frapril where he's a whiny bitch and everyone used to freak out but now we're, like, get over it Frank you rough ridin' idiot.  Nobody wants to hire you anyway.  You are stuck with us and vice versa.  Go sign some decent recruits and quit running off our mediocre players. Or just hit the road.  Nobody really gives a eff anymore. It's basically football season anyway and we have bigger fish to fry.

Is the first season  Frankember where we play horrible games with mid majors(that we win), an important part of the BIOQ process?

That and Knight was hired by a Big 10 school 41 freaking years ago.  LOL at Blackcats using that as an example.

Both are known for anger.  IU got rid of Knight for the same reason Ill wouldn't hire Frank.

Frank hasn't choked anyone.  Knight was known for actually being the monster off the court as well.  Frank isn't.
