1- 100m DB or KB Farmer's Carry
2- 20 Double Unders or Single Unders
3- DB or KB Thrusters
4- DB or KB OH or Front Rack Lunges
5- Power Snatches
6- OH Squats
7- Pushups
8- Shoulder to OH
9- Front Squats
10- Hang Power Cleans
11- Deadlifts
12- Burpees
