Cut out sugar, booze, and processed foods. Eat meat, veggies, and some fruit (not juice). Cut out dairy too if you really want results. Sugar is what's making you fat. Not lack of cardio.
Life has been very stressful. Bigger role at work and planning the wedding, plus all the holiday crap that we just endured. I'm not a stress eater, but I am a stress boozer.
If you already eat pretty good, jump all the way in and do macros.

Last night I took a 60lb sandbag for a 3.6 mile walk. I think that's how I'm going to do half my leg days from now on.
