It is interesting to move from a place that is focused primarily on pro sports to one that is all about college.  Just a whole different ethos.

Right, but as far as media, etc. it's all pro sports.  We've been in MHK for 15 years so it's been a while and when I was growing up there (decades ago  :cyclist:) college sports was barely on the periphery of anyone's interest - unless it was ND football which is a whole different issue.

I thought you meant everyone was a pro sports fan and no one cared much about college sports. The media is definitely all over pro sports and hardly even covers college.

Currently living in Ottawa, grew up in Oskaloosa (45 minutes from Topeka).

I lived in Oskaloosa for the first 9 months of my life, Grandparents lived there til I was about 12.
