Currently living in Ottawa, grew up in Oskaloosa (45 minutes from Topeka).

I lived in Oskaloosa for the first 9 months of my life, Grandparents lived there til I was about 12.

grew up near 'oskie' and played them in every sport. when i got my drivers permit, it was my first 'long distance' solo trip.

Well, I definitely don't have the "numbers" to get into Yale, but yeah, I mean, Northwestern and Harvard should be a slam dunk.

It probably takes even more than that. If it's anything like business school, the name brand of your undergrad is huge. (I know it's quite a bit different). So is doing things like saving african kids.

Eh, yeah.  NW is weird anyways.  They're notorious for placing a lot of emphasis on work experience (and having a killer LSAT).
