Military assistance, international human rights violations, an intense scrutiny of all the other "terrorists" Egypt has killed in similar ops the past few years. All while the entire Egyptian Cabinet just resigned amid a corruption scandal one month before parliamentary elections that have been delayed for two years.
This will have major domestic and international repercussions. And the early signs indicate that the military (who are undoubtedly responsible but have also removed two presidents in the last four years) is not gonna let anyone point a finger at them without consequences.
