I think rare is pretty dumb. Medium rare to medium is pretty delish. My dad raised me on his medium well to well done steaks because my mom is one of those people who are afraid of pink meat. :yuck:

A person has the right to expect someone to wait 3 episodes, just as they have the right to expect their steak not to be burnt to a crisp.

Steak = medium. hamburgers = medium well, I don't like the blood getting my bun all soggy, plus most burgers aren't made with great cuts of meat anyway
