Renting blows. I have to do it right now just to stay flexible but once I'm settled I'm going to buy in like 10 seconds.  Thin walls, can't have a dog, throwing away money, etc.

Having a dog is throwing money away.

you're not throwing away money because like you said, it keeps you flexible. also just rent a place w/ thicker walls that allows you to have dogs. doesn't seem that hard.

I dunno man, I just like to complain.  After I buy a place I'll just bitch about mowing the lawn.

Pro Tip: a good real estate agent is worth every penny. Its like basketball coaches, cal is going to get full asking price and no concessions and oscar is going to get you a lowball offer with you paying all the closing.

Not if I get a champion show dog that wins all sorts of trophies and cash prizes.

I still doubt a lot of those dogs break even

Not a protip, it's a tard tip. If the place you own isn't a complete shithole, you don't need an agent to sell it. Pocket the commission and don't worry about what games buyers like to play to feel like they got a "deal".

It seems to me that the property would sell a whole lot faster when homebuyers who go to an agent to find homes and look on websites to see pictures of homes they want to look at actually get to see your house.

Yes, if you're too stupid to figure out how to post pictures to the internet, go with an agent.

peggy pos: 1.5 miles closer to the ksu wildcats
nancy negs: 0.5 miles further away from the scheme

Sounds perfect for postgame schemepaks.

Have them call ahead with a carry out order and show up at tobias' house.  What is he going to do?  Turn down scheme pizza already at his door?

if you knock on my door wielding scheme pizza, beer, or any number of other consumables then you're in.

i am now under contract  :ohno:

will the new host of prop virgins keep them in first place over house hunters?

now that we've had a few months of egypt sherrod commanding the deck of the USS Property Virgin, it's obvious she's in way over her head and isn't even half of the host that rinomato was.  that's a pretty glaring condemnation considering that rinomato was only half the host that fake susan whang continues to be.

susan whang > fake susan whang > rinomato > "egypt" sherrod

i almost want to call bob tuschman/susie fogelson and ask them to go next door and help their HGTV friends out.  oh well.  sad really

hey "egypt", maybe it's time to go back to the middle east and host pyramid virgins!

if this franchise has any interest in being on the air in 6 months, they need to pay rinomato whatever she wants and get her back in front of some virgins and inking contracts.  period.

i've only watched 2 episodes of interior therapy.

10 minutes after watching the second episode, i looked over at my friend and stuck my finger in my mouth in a gagging motion and said "never again".

message to gage:  go back to nebraska you loser.
