We’re getting somewhere. Might have to set up a rotation.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

I'm currently considering a house with Mitsubishi Trane mini-split HVAC units.  Are there any experts on here that can tell me if these would be a pain in the ass?

My dad installed two of those in his hobby farm cabin and one in the guest cabin. Main ones have had no problems over the last 10 years and work as expected.  :dunno:

we have one in our garage that we workout in. It's been in there for 3-4 years and runs like a champ. Mitsubishi is the brand you want for those.

Thanks all - just a little unusual but I think it was done to minimize ductwork in an older house which makes sense

I'm still in the pockets of big hvac and do love the Mitsubishi product line. We sell a direct competitor and wouldn't complain if I bought a house that had Mitsu already in it.

When buying a house, look out for potential. You can change the aspect of the house, making desired repairs and rebuilds. One thing you can’t change is the location of the house. Make sure you like where your house is located and what stores, community buildings, and schools are close-by. Additionally, you should know what you look for in a house but keep an open mind. You might find something different than what you expected. Of course, compare mortgages and fees, and be financially responsible. Talk to specialists like those from Mortgage Broker London about what you can afford, and don’t take unnecessary risks if you don’t want to have debt.

Ronny, have you seen the Handymanning thread?  Please post your repair and rebuild related exploits there.

Price increases every 2-3 months over the last two years. Big HVAC won't be cutting prices anytime soon either. They're rolling in the dough.

The advice I’ve heard is there’s really no point in waiting for rates to drop if you found the right house, cause you can always refinance when they do. At worst you’re out a few thousand in closing costs (but I’d guess prices would go up by the time rates come back down anyway).

general electric profile refrigerators are good.  we bought ours from costco (of course) and got an additional 3 year warranty (for a total of 5 years) for an extra $150.  includes delivery, installation, and haul away.  i think samsung refrigerators suck balllllz?
