I'm currently considering a house with Mitsubishi Trane mini-split HVAC units. Are there any experts on here that can tell me if these would be a pain in the ass?

My dad installed two of those in his hobby farm cabin and one in the guest cabin. Main ones have had no problems over the last 10 years and work as expected.

we have one in our garage that we workout in. It's been in there for 3-4 years and runs like a champ. Mitsubishi is the brand you want for those.

I'm still in the pockets of big hvac and do love the Mitsubishi product line. We sell a direct competitor and wouldn't complain if I bought a house that had Mitsu already in it.

Price increases every 2-3 months over the last two years. Big HVAC won't be cutting prices anytime soon either. They're rolling in the dough.

The advice I’ve heard is there’s really no point in waiting for rates to drop if you found the right house, cause you can always refinance when they do. At worst you’re out a few thousand in closing costs (but I’d guess prices would go up by the time rates come back down anyway).

general electric profile refrigerators are good. we bought ours from costco (of course) and got an additional 3 year warranty (for a total of 5 years) for an extra $150. includes delivery, installation, and haul away. i think samsung refrigerators suck balllllz?
