I agree with ALL of that. It does not mean those teams are better, or all will finish above us in the standings, or the Big 12 will get fewer than 6 teams in the tournament.

If Tech & OU are really bad (likely) and KU & MU are not great (likely), it will be hard to not get 5 in and 6 is not out of the question. I mean, the big 10 has been doing it for years.

The big 10 had 11 teams for those years...

However, I don't see why the Big 12 should get fewer teams into the tournament if the remaining teams are as good as they were. We lost two teams, but neither of them were tournament teams in recent history (unless CU had one I'm forgetting). We shouldn't be penalized much for having a worse record against better teams.

I was discussing this with Gotlieb about a month ago on Twitter. I told him that this was potentially FM's best team. He told me that he will see in hawaii, best Frank team--okie dokie. I took that as he agrees wholeheartedly and sees a FF in our near future. I don't care what you think.

yes. however what team(s) are we going to sweep to make up for losing home games against BU and/or KU and/or MU, possibly and/or UT? Maybe ISU and TT. Maybe.
