The last "football guy" got fired over nothing, the last good coach got fired because he was "mean" . . . why can't you figure this out, why are you so dense? The previous good football coach to Mangino couldn't wait to get out of the place . . . why can't you ever seem to spot trends?
Yeah, if only we had kept Al Bohl around instead of getting Lew Perkins, then our program would really be rolling right now. And if Glen Mason couldn't wait to get out of the place, why did he turn down the Georgia job?

That's not the point concrete brain, the point is, when does it ever work out for ku football over the long haul? The answer to this point: Never. It's only happened once at K-State. But this isn't about K-State, it's about ku. Plus the only reason Mason turned down the Georgia job was because of some martial legal entanglements in Lawrence knucklehead.

Glen Mason-Couldn't wait to leave.
Al Bohl-Fired because he wasn't a basketball guy, he was a football guy.
Mark Mangino-Fired-Big Meanie, not the "right image".
It's always something . . . until that changes, the trend continues.
