A couple weeks ago my sitter called in sick and I had left my laptop at work so I took Baby Emo to work for a short bit to pick up my laptop.  While I was there I swung by this one engineer's desk to see how he was coming along on this project and he was staring into his screen and was all grumpy and pissed and then grumbling nonsense and then he turned and saw Baby Emo and just lit up and was very friendly and talkative and he promised me my stuff by the end of the day.  :D

(He didn't deliver though. )

Are you sure he wasn't being sarcastically over-friendly?

When they no longer need help in the bathroom.

To me, if the thing can walk it's no longer a baby, but I could be swayed with the bathroom argument

When is that?

Depends on the kid. My cousin's kid still needed help wiping his butt at age 7. (Coffeyville resident)
