The real trick is training people to not send you emails in the first place
I'm so close to telling my team to do this. Some of them are worse than others

My boss that was the best at this would just respond in as few words as possible while still getting his point across.  People would send long ass emails explaining something and their spirit would be broken when he would respond with "Ok"

feel good for UPS drivers. these delivery drivers are the most hustling profession out there right now. ours basically sprint to our door to drop off packages every single day and then haul ass two houses over to do it again. probably 1,000 twenty yard sprints a day. these guys deserve this much and more imo.

This seems like a really good example of organized labor working out pretty well

And to think, it was all because Oliver Wendell Holmes made some young communist friends.

I saw some podcast(!) clip on twitter where they were complaining that this might increase your shipping costs from like $8 to $10 and so it was a bad deal for people.

It doesn’t have much impact on high earners like steve and yourself

Rates w/ go up with UPS.  Folks will begin utilizing FedEx Ground (contracted service provider that is non-union) more frequently.  UPS market share will decrease.  Less UPS drivers will be required.

I was really not looking forward to only having FedEx available during a UPS strike. Not sure about the over all sitch, but fedex is rough ridin' awful here, you guys.

UPS are pros. Love those guys/girls.

FedEx isn't a delivery service, they are the new up and coming WWE star and my deliveries are the new "bad guy" wrestlers.

Think UPS would be the babyface, Amazon prime would be the heel and Fedex would be the jobber

100% true story, our ups guy leaves 3 dog biscuits at our door when he drops off packages (which is all the god damn time), because we have 3 dogs.

I honestly have no idea what fed ex delivers.  I don't think I've gotten a package from them in years.
