I was supposed to have my review last week, but we've had PC owners in town and everyone has been in complete meltdown mode getting their presentations together. They just left this afternoon. So everyone is "backed up". My coworker and I set a record for doctors hired in a year here. So i'm not worried, but their only complaint this year, has been small admin stuff. That's mainly because it took them 6 months to finally hire us an assistant (our last one quit). I'll own it tho. I hate spreadsheets.

You expect the firm that can't hire their two best employees an admin to act logically?  I'd be worried wacky, very worried.
