Also, thanks for all of the advice. Had a great convo with her before lunch. She sounded way less panicky than me about the situation. Reminded me that we've dug up several candidates to fill the void until we have a permanent solution. Said some nice stuff about some feedback she's heard and even took some accountability, since they've had me reporting to several other ppl on candidates. She understood how things could get lost in the shuffle.
