I don't know the definition of "most senior" but Blake Seiler was hired as a GA and now he's the DE coach.

Why would a GA from a different school/background be more valuable to the program than one who already knows our own system and has been around the program for a number of years now?  We aren't talking about him as a coordinator or something he is unqualified for at this time.

fresh ideas for us, learning new things for Collin. Also if the outsider sucks, we can Frost him without feeling bad about it. If Collin sucks...

I'd say if he really wants to get into coaching let him GA at KSU. Then encourage him to go out and get an assistant job somewhere else before coming back. JMHO.
