I think, much like MIR said, that its more a question of which BBQ joints in Wichita aren't elite? Two Brothers? They're probably my least favorite and still pretty good.

I really like two brothers, I was surprised how much I liked it. Pig in pig out is my least favorite. I think they suck but I realise they have won contests and a lot of people like them.

Their sides are pretty crummy, some of them at least, but i've always thought their BBQ was on point.
