* The Sheep and Meat Goat Facility. Taussig, facilities manager for the project, said construction is in the initial stages and should be completed by December. The new facility will be located north of Kimball Avenue on the west side of Denison Avenue, which is just north of the existing facilities, he said. It will include animal holding facilities, a large classroom, an animal treatment room and a 5,600 square-foot multipurpose room.

FYI, Texans love them some meat goat. If it's young they call it cabrito.

Shultzy once again ahead of the Conference Armageddon curve. I'm assuming that we'll be funneling meat goat by the truckload to Austin to keep our place at Texas' side assured.

My folks just bought a house in a neighborhood that has community stables. Rumblings that one resident houses goats there that are used to work with his prized sheep dogs. Guess goats are harder to herd than sheep. Really looking forward to getting a closeup look at these goats and gauging their meatiness.

I think this will be our little ace in the hole during negotiations to join the Ohio Valley Conference.

Yes, I smelled the rich odor of meat goat perfume. Made me glad to be part of the meat goat crowd.
