here's my upcoming (covid willing) revenge travel lineup

Oct - Disney World, 6 nights in connecting rooms at the Polynesian
Nov - 5 nights at the Montage Laguna Beach (NO KIDS!)
Feb - Disney World, 7 nights in a 2 bedroom suite at the Beach Club
May - Another mys adult trip tbd
July - Kauai - 5 nights in a two bedroom suite at the Grand Hyatt, 5 nights in Airbnb in Hanalei

Man, I wish I was SD's kid. I also need you to be my travel agent. We would never do that much during that period because neither of us would plan any of it out.
My favorite thing in the world is traveling with my family, my second is probably planning that travel.

That's a pretty darn awesome lineup there.

That's amazing SD. Mrs. SF is take it or leave it with travel and not at all interested in planning. Very jealous.

i've randomly thought before it's likely that i'll never go on another family trip again. makes me think i should take the lead in my family and plan something out. at least something with the parents and one sibling, that'll be the minimum for a family vacay

Staying a week in a Airbnb at St Augustine beach with my family in January, should be a good time.

I'm going on my 4th international round trip on points when I go to the Dominican.  Now that the wife is playing ball, we have another international trip's worth of points in the bank as well.

Agree with SD on planning travel.  It's nice to justify an expensive meal or experience because I saved a couple hundred on a hotel or flights.

there haven't been any changes yet, just the eu recommending that members tighten up.  if vaccinated aren't further restricted then that's fine.

Another story I read indicated it was going to be only recommendation for unvaccinated people and it was still going to be up to the members to adopt it.

Stayed in a fancy hotel the last two nights in Detroit. It's where the visiting teams stay. Ran into the Twins players, the A's this morning, and Mark Wahlbergs bro who created all the restaurants. It was pretty amaze!
