Ate here last trip. Loved it. Ate a crap load of oysters of various varieties. Also good beer selection. About a ten minute Uber from Capitol Hilton.

The w rooftop bar is closed for remodeling. I'm going to DC next week and had planned to check it out but guess not.

Tiajuana report. It's not all booze and strippers. They also have tacos and shopping. Nice excursion with the GF. Found a great hotel for our next vacation on our way to the beach in Baja. Caesar Hotel and Restaurant was fun. Claim to have invented the Caesar salad there. Cheap drinks and nice rooms. They let us have a peek. Definitely staying a couple of nights down the road.

did you drive down to Baja from SD? Where and what company did you rent the car?

No. Walked three blocks to the train station. Road the Blue Line to San Ysidro ($5 for day pass). Then walked fifteen minutes to Revolucion Ave.

When we return for Baja, I'll probably hire a driver to get us to and from the border if I don't fly direct. We'll see.
