Lots of options. ORD to downtown is ~45 minutes via Blue Line / $40-50 cab. Midway is about 30 minutes via Orange or $30 cab. Once downtown, walk, cab, train, or bus depending on where you're going

Ugh. Not sure. They have to do a walk through on Friday night and I have to be there (although, I'll still see if I can squirm out of it). Saturday afternoon will be the wedding and the reception. If you want, I'd be down to meet up for the qatz game in the morning. I guess our hotel is across the street from Ditkas.

What world do you live in where Uber drivers aren't Russian hobos?

Cars on uber x are generally cleaner than cabs, at least in my experience. Drivers are often similar, but not always.

Yeah. I was gone for two days last week. I couldn't make it another 4 day weekend. It's crazy here at work.

Uber is just a cab that you have to wait for

That bills your card automatically, and comes to wherever you are with no phone calls involved, and don't accept tips, and gives you free bottles of water, and is cleaner, and is a much better experience in every way imaginable.

Is SLC the worst airport to have a connection, or just one of the worst?

I fly like 3-6 times a year, so i'm kind of a n00b, but Ms. Wacky and I were pretty pissed Sunday afternoon with @United and @SFO. We went through United express and got through the security check. We went right and saw there was only two restaurants to eat at and we didn't think we had time for that. We needed something fast. So whe walked down the aisle and saw a sign on our right for dining, so we went right towards the escalators. Two workers were standing right there and let us walk through without saying anything to us. As soon as we walk through, we turn around confused and they closed the section off and said we couldn't come back in and we needed to go back through security. Being a dumbass, I said: "That's BS! We're going to miss our flight. Why didn't you say anything to us when we walked through? Where are the signs?!" Curmudgeonly he replied: "That's not are job!" as he called for security back up. I mean, I was rough ridin' baffled. We had to rush to get through security again and luckily our flight was delayed. We walked by that exit again and there were 10 confused ppl doing the same thing by these ppl. They were closed off and they wanted to know why? So apparently they're just there to stand by the gate, not say anything to you, and then close it when you make the mistake.  Weird!
