I've got a sure fire way to never get a DUI.

STOP DRIVING DRUNK ASSHOLES!!!!
:shakesfist:

Isn't .08 like 3 beers? The only people drunk after 3 beers are too young to drive anyway.

People in todays age need to get from point A to point B....and sometimes you just happen to be drunk while doing so

You're pulled over, what do you do?

I say you keep two empties and one full can of beer in your car.  When you get pulled over, stop, turn your engine off, drop your keys out the window onto the ground so that the officer can clearly see you do it.  Pretend to pound the two already open beers.  Open and drink the remaining beer.  Hey, officer, prove I was drunk while I was driving.  Boom.

Would that work?  I think it would.

EDIT:  Of course, you'd probably get a drunk in public or something, but that is way better than a DUI.

This is a pretty incredible idea.

Umm, yeah it is.

To quote a line from one of my favorite movies,  "It's not what you know, it's what you can prove in court."

If you name that flick I'll tell you guys something that may or may not blow your mind.

Yeah, I know, it won't be very hard to figure out.  I mean.  www.google.com and stuff.

Because he hasn't been touched by an opposing player (down by contact).  :driving:

Only time I got pulled over I blew a 0.00.  Of course the empty case in the back of my SUV and drunk nephew that smelled like a brewery in the back seat got me the privilege of performing roadside Olympics when I wasn't drunk.

I have heard a similar strategy where you keep a vodka bottle with water in it in the car and chug it in view of the officer when they approach the car.  Also heard that if you belch or hiccup in front of the officer they can't do the breathalyzer for like 30 minutes.  Don't know if these work, but if I could belch on command, I would try it out.

Grumblings that another MHS Ihnd (NOT SkinBen) was once given a DUI but the officer who arrested him couldn't testify against him because the cop was in the army reserves and got deployed to Afghanistan before the court date.

I bet that emaw was probably all after that.

Also why not intentional grounding when a QB spikes the ball.

in the tackle box? Check
no receivers around? Check
ball never cross LOS? Check

Also, chugging alcohol when pulled over is an old idea, but never heard of someone brave enough to do it. Sounds like you would get penalized for something, but you should be able to get off in court with a decent lawyer.
I once blew clove smoke in a guy's face that cut in front of me in the line to KJ's.

There's almost always a TE, WR, or a RB within 5 yards.  If there isn't, then they seem to be wasting time getting into a 5 wide formation and deserve to be penalized.

So it can be safely assumed that he was making an attempt at completion?

It's an effing rule.  It is ok to spike, it is ok for a holder to have a knee on the ground.

What happens if you just say: "I want to talk to my lawyer first?"

I know a guy that got a DUI when he jumped in his car, put the keys in the ignition and then passed out without starting the car so I'm skeptical about the slamming beers after the cop pulls you over trick.  Not sure if he tried to fight it or just took the diversion.

That's why you throw the keys out of the car first.  Man, you rubes will never be able to pull this off.
