You're right, but I think most people Frank's action made Frank and Miami look like the jackasses in the situation, not KSU.
If he leaves, I agree with this.
If he gets rejected, he easily makes Ksu and its fans look like jackasses.
LOL, everyone is still laughing at Miami, not KSU.
Ksu is now about to full-scale rationalize the fact that their head coach badly wants to be somewhere else. Trust me, they (everyone) are laughing at Ksu just as much as Miami.
I think in all honesty, few of you even on this site will be able to look at Frank the same way or even your program the same way under Frank's control from here on out. He's too pathetic and too openly interested in other jobs, not to have some pride kick in. And it will kick in, when Frank goes about losing badly in the next few seasons.
Actually, pretty much everyone knew Miami was a special situation for Frank, and realized he would probably seriously consider going to there the next time it came up. Like I said earlier, it wasn't like he was whoring himself out for NC State or Oregon or DePaul - it was Miami, and I really don't have a problem with him trying to explore the possibility.
Furthermore, no one looked at KSU as a destination job before this. This changes nothing.
