Would love this spot, except Richmond is kind of a scary 1st rd game, could def see them upset one of the other 6 seeds..

we should trade places with UConn.

This.

Maybe DePaul can help us out today.  Not very likely, though.

Take off little mouse! :bracketmouse:

Still haven't decided if I would rather play 1 of the last teams to get in from one of the BCS conferences or if I'd rather play a midmajor in the 1st round  :dunno:  (assuming we are on the 5 or 6 line somewhere)

Lunardi now has us as a 5 seed:  http://espn.go.com/mens-college-basketball/bracketology   Not sure how I feel about playing St John's, they seem to show up to big games.

The 5/12 matchup really scares the crap out of me.  Seems like 12 seeds are always kicking 5 seed asses every year.

Playing against Lavin would be a good opportunity if you don't like Lavin.

I hope we lose tomorrow and keep the 6 seed and THEN get our 2.5 postseason wins!!

If we won the Phillips 66 what is the highest seeding we could expect to see?  I'm thinking a 3 wouldn't be out of the question because it would essentially mean a win over KU and UT again.

This bracket SUX!! Ohio State, Notre Dame, St Johns, Florida... no thank you!  Rather be a 10 seed in a different region.

Agreed.  Win another game or two(especially two given that the second one will prob be KU again) and we probably jump into the middle of the 4's.
