Guys, I am going to go out on a limb and say KState is the last 8 seed (#32 on the overall ranking). I could see us being anywhere from 32 to 36....but will be very surprised if we are a 10 seed.
If we get that 8, I think we will likely play a Pac 10 team. If we get a 9 seed then I would guess we get Memphis or UMass. I think our chances of being in St Louis are pretty good. Anyway.... here is what I got
1 seeds = 1. Florida 2. Arizona 3. Wich St 4. Michigan
2 seeds = 5. Nova 6. Wisconsin 7. Virginia 8. KU
3 seeds = 9. Iowa St 10. Duke 11. Lville 12. Syracuse
4 seeds = 13. Crieghton 14. Mich St 15. Cincy 16. SD St
5 seeds = 17. Ucla 18. N Carolina 19. UConn 20. OU
6 seeds = 21. VCU 22. N Mexico 23. Ohio St 24. SLU
7 seeds = 25. Kentucky 26. Baylor 27. Texas 28. Oregon
8 seeds = 29. UMass 30. G Wash 31. Memphis 32. KState
9 seeds = 33. Gonz 34. Ok St 35. Stanford 36. Colorado
10 seeds = 37. Iowa 38. St Joe 39. Pitt 40. Ariz St
11 seeds = 41. Nebraska 42. Tenn 43 Prov
Last 4 teams in = SMU, Xavier, Dayton, BYU
*Of those 47 teams... 46 made it in (NC St made it over SMU).
Lunardi only miss was also having SMU in and NC St out. Palm also only miss was having SMU in and NC St out
*I got 22 of those above with correct seed. Lunardi got 20 right. Palm got 16 right.
*Only 2 of those 46 I was off my more than 1 seed line(UMass got a 6, UConn got a 7).
Lunardi had 7 teams he was off by more than 1 seed line. Palm had 8 teams that he was off by more than 1 seed line.
I said all along that Lunardi is better than Palm, but neither was an almighty Guru of bracketology. Some ordinary KState sports fan can do a better job predicting.
