Are those used to cover up the seats during the off season? would make since because I believe those seats up there have cloth cushions on them.

What they should do is make the seating a little wider and keep the capacity the same. Tons of fat asses make it uncomfortable for the rest.

Not only that but this time last year there was a debate as to whether they could afford to fire their football coach because they were flat broke. Pac 12 Network money isn't that good.
