There is some confusion as to if the Legends Room expansion/ restrooms/concessions on the south end will also be announced/go forward this year.

Hell yeah! And, for what it's worth, I've heard nothing about SEZ work. Don't care too much at this point.

Based on what I've seen, I think the NEZ project is going to be on par with the WSE in terms of transforming the stadium. Not as big and likely not as expensive (just guessing), but compared to the current Vanier it will be a dramatic enhancement.
