What I've seen isn't close to being done enough to announce. It would take some serious doing for this to be announced at this years bowl.

We're not. You dudes need to relax. Don't "eff this up" for yourselves by setting unrealistic expectations, like a $100 million price tag or a 10,000 seat expansion (I'm generalizing, of course). It is going to be a very nice upgrade based on the initial renderings. Now we've just gotta finish raising the money. Patience, grasshoppers.
