I've heard all of those, including 1+2. I honestly don't think it's been decided 100%.

Edit: I will say I've heard 4 less than 3 and 3 less than 1+2...but I just don't know yet.

Blackcats - just so I can pace myself...how are we lookin in terms of how fast they pull the trigger on this stuff?  Do they have a history of taking forever to make a decision?  Do big capital projects such as these frequently get moth balled or is it like "money is in, green means go, chainsaw boner"?

We pimped the WSC for like a year before announcing at the bowl game. Currie has been raising hard for about a year with the current project and about 3-5 months for vanier 3.0.

It's like an above ground version of Hitler's last days bunker in the bowels of Berlin circa 1945.
