we could easily complete the bowl with club level seating adding a minimal amount of seats (if any). that's the smart way to do it.

I realize adding high-end donor seating makes more money, but endzones are tricky. Its better to have more cheap seats there with club/suites on sidelines.

that all depends on how they want to do vanier 2.0

Eh, make them cheaper suite options with fun stuff like nacho fountains and unlimited hot dogs in them or something.  Then put some more concessions and restrooms at the base of that club seating like we have under the WSC.

IMO there's very little chance of a Vanier 2.0 while LHC Snyder is around if it involves suites or clubs with any type of public (high paying public nonwithstanding) ingress/egress points through Vanier 2.0.    Particularly so if suites or clubs would block view of interior of stadium for football offices.

I hear from Manhattan based relatives that Snyder is no fan at all of Bramlage Condos/Hotel.     I also believe that the reason there's delays in the training table being opened is so they can avoid having it open this football season and work through the logistical challanges of having it open for next football season and possibly serving athletes while the football team is still practicing.   Provided that Sean isn't the coach by then.

Thus, IMO the paramount importance of a new practice complex in close proximity to the football offices.

Build Vanier 2.0 with Indoor/Outdoor Practice Complex across the street, with a walkway over to and endzone club and recruiting center in the North Endzone??

Doesn't that connect their practice fields to their football offices?   Not the Stadium?   Football offices/sports offices that they share with other sports??

I've already seen them.

Even I think some things are just absurd for college athletes and that's a good example.

I completely agree but i do think they have some very good ideas that we could use on a much smaller scale, I think a mixture of open coaches offices to look over wagner would be awesome and pretty easy to do

Nothing crazy.  Just do something like OSU, but put the football operations center with the IPF, then put the practice fields immediately next to it:

Hotel/Condos at the stadium is only a legitimate concern if the team routinely practices in the stadium.  I believe most teams don't practice in the stadium, but rather, at their practice facility.

Although, in our case, given the stadium name, our team will practice wherever the hell they want.

Yep, but then if LHC Snyder is still coaching he'll worry about the dressing rooms, and since we're spending a lot of money just build two identical dressing rooms, one for everyday use the football complex and one for game day use.

It would likely never happen, but an integrated complex would produce a great training environment, you could place the strength and conditioning center right next to the IPF making the ability to transition within workout phases easy.

Build a game day press center as part of the North Endzone, thus keeping gameday press totally out of the Football Admin offices, I'd think LHC Snyder/Sean Snyder would like that.

I've heard we don't use the practice facility because it takes longer to get there and Bill won't sacrifice practice walking.

I just want our stadium to look ridiculous. So I say we make the North end awesome, South end awesome, and tarp the East side upper deck inside the 20's if we can't fill it up.

Make a Case IH Red Zone tarp on one end, and a Briggs Auto Family Tarp on the other. Charge them enough to cover those ticket prices until losers buy them. All problems solved (except for pretty much every problem including Vanier 2.0)

There is a waiting list for north end one fun zone tickets. If they keep the current price structure or small increase. They will sell.

Can we just demolish Bramlage already? Its gonna need some major upgrades in a few years with its age. Tear it down and build football ops and other training facilities for Football + Baseball + Track over there with room for BSFS expansion on the south side.

Move basketball back into Ahearn, renovate the locker rooms- it already has offices that can be used as well as practice courts that are just being used for Volleyball and middle school practices.

Then we have room to expand BSFS , new football practice facilities and offices , basketball is back in Ahearn .

Win, win, win.
