List probably is something like this.

1) Texas
2) OSU
3) OU
4) Texas Tech
5) TCU
6) K-State
7) West Virginia
8) Iowa State
9) Baylor
10) Kansas

Tech may currently have more than OU, but they're close.

KSU actually has more premium seating than TCU and is about the same, if not more, than Tech. So, I'd say we're probably about 4th. Didn't look up OU's premium seating, just assuming they have more.

KSU:
71 suites (40 west, 31 east)
36 loge boxes (have no idea how many seats)
2,800 club seats (800 west, 2000 east)

Tech:
78 suites
1,600 club seats
no loge boxes

TCU:
31 suites (huge west side addition, but no premium seats on east side)
2,300 club seats (west side and south endzone)

Baylor will have 45 suites of varying size overall, along with 316 loge seats (sold in boxes of 4), and there is no clear information on any other premium seating.

Of course, it isn't always the number of boxes or suites, but also what those bring in revenues. To make the compare-o that I can sort of recall off the top of my head, the Washington Redskins pull 10 times the dough for a box than what the Chiefs did before they re-did Arrowhead. The economics of a fan base play big into the revenue equation.
