Tech has the two additions on both sides that added a lot of suites.  Outside of Texas and OSU, there's not a huge difference between the OU, Tech, K-State, TCU. 

Baylor's new stadium is going to be pretty sick and will put them right up in that grouping when done for next season.

List probably is something like this.

1) Texas
2) OSU
3) OU
4) Texas Tech
5) TCU
6) K-State
7) West Virginia
8) Iowa State
9) Baylor
10) Kansas

Tech may currently have more than OU, but they're close.

KSU actually has more premium seating than TCU and is about the same, if not more, than Tech.  So, I'd say we're probably about 4th.  Didn't look up OU's premium seating, just assuming they have more. 

KSU: 
71 suites (40 west, 31 east) 
36 loge boxes (have no idea how many seats)
2,800 club seats (800 west, 2000 east)

Tech:
78 suites
1,600 club seats
no loge boxes

TCU:
31 suites (huge west side addition, but no premium seats on east side)
2,300 club seats (west side and south endzone)

The lack of suites/loge boxes/club seating at Washington's new stadium is a head scratcher. Seems like a waste of their complete renovation.
