The last renovation to Vanier should not have happened. Logistically it's not that bad to get rid of what we have now. Ideally the indoor facility goes across Kimball, while the new Vanier is built on the east lawn and player/staff parking of the current facility. Connect the two with a skywalk. Tear down current complex and replace with better end zone seating and fan amenities and squeeze in a parking structure between new seating and new complex for staff/players
I don't agree that is the ideal plan. I think we should enclose the north endzone with a combination of seats and the football facility. See pic.

this is my ideal plan for the North, Arizona's is my ideal plan for the South. (as long as there are video boards)
Saw Indiana's new north endzone in person a few years back, it is very nice, though their facility to me reminds me of Memorial Stadium @ KU, and Jack Trice everywhere else, and then beautiful in the north end zone. They did a good job at it, and from this wiki link it added about 3,400 seats
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Memorial_Stadium_(Indiana). Would take, but I'd rather see something closer to Arizona's work for the north end zone and have an expanded Vanier and stuff behind that.Though, from this pic i took while at Indiana, they had a mini field for kids to play on, and while the pic doesn't do it much justice, but there were always tens if not hundred of kids on it (more filled it up as the game goes on and that photo i took pretty early in the second quarter) Would be pretty boss to have an area set up somewhere in the stadium for kids to burn of some steam while the parents can still watch the game. (though admittedly it will not be as close as Indiana's)
