Well at least they documented how they are doing it on the cheap (because they have no cash), so I can talk about it now. Meanwhile we've dropped $90 million plus down for new facilities like its nothing.

Drove through the east parking lot today. There are 4 large concrete foundations in the middle of the parkinglot for new light poles and equipment/manlifts for the lights on the east side.

Light poles in the parking lot? How are we going to park? What about walking around the poles? What if the poles fall down? What if someone tries to climb up the pole and falls down? Who is going to change the lights on the poles when the bulbs burn out?
