If it's so important to not impede pedestrian traffic, does that mean there won't be tents and booths and crap like that all over the front of WSC on game days?Something tells me that won't be the case.

I think we should maybe ditch the trees and the sidewalks altogether and put in Konza prairie grass in their place.
I was told today by a guy who thinks he is closely connected that the cost overrun is approaching 25 million due to extensive change orders by KSU. I have no way of knowing reality but I am skeptical of the information. Anyone heard anything like this?
